Easy and fast
Good experience.
The knowledge and experience Tricia has is incomparable. The way she cares about everyone she works is something that is not common today. I would trust her through anything to do with my finances.
Tricia worked hard to "problem solve" when the interest rates spiked and the buyer became uncomfortable. She jumped in and explained the buyer's options and got us to the closing table.
Tricia was very responsive to all of my questions and she made sure everything was completed on time.
I was constantly being asked to produce documentation. I would provide those documents and then the next day receive another email or call that more information was needed. All of this was to be done by a certain time which was usually last...
