A lot of documents in our process were needed last minute and very quickly which was not always easy to accommodate before weekends, holidays and during the work day.

Better Communication and Professionalism
Having to communicate with only 1 person instead of 3 or 4. Having to resubmit the same information over and over again wasn't a pleasant experience. Also they gave me the wiring instructions on a Friday afternoon just before Memorial day.
Tricia was very detailed and helpful. She was great at communicating.

Not asking for the same documents from 3 different people. The process seemed way drawn out. Last minute communication regarding wiring funds, on a Friday afternoon to get things completed.
Tricia is always fantastic to work with!
