Tricia was our favorite potential lender we talked to. She was always quick to respond, was friendly and knowledgable, and got us the best rate possible!
Tricia was very professional and was there to answer questions. Support people were not as good as many items seem to be last minute or not addressed timely.
My only complaint was with the appraisal on my home, which other professionals think was low as well.
Document submission was not very efficient. It was hard to pinpoint what documents were submitted as I could not see what I had submitted. A clear checkbox that applies to all aspects will be useful.
