Great customer service.
Mostly prompt communication. Specifically when we first started the process, Trey spoke to us late on a Saturday evening, ran our numbers, and got back to us on Sunday morning so we knew whether we could offer on a specific home.

Trey and his Team are true professionals. Trey made the loan application process incredibly user friendly and Trey did an excellent job facilitating all of our questions and concerns.
Trey not only sent sweet gifts (such as a Starbucks gift cards and a relaxing tea) throughout the process, but was ALWAYS quick to respond if I emailed him with questions which my my mind at ease very quickly!
