A professional loan officer I've experienced with i.e. "spot on". In near future, planning to have B2B relation with him in term of real estate and investment properties.
Communication was very poor overall. Questions were either not answered or were addressed in a very condescending manner. Did not actually have any contact by him for the last month of our refinancing, instead everything was on his behalf....

Trevor was very professional and helpful. It took us a long time because of Texas cash out laws and he was very patient with us.
