Amerisave provided excellent service and advised me throughout the process of financing to purchase a house.
Trevor was great with communication and answered every question we had along the way.
Everything went smoothly.
There were multiple changes in loan processors. I had to submit things multiple times and things that were previously ok, a new person would not agree. Trevor was the only person that remained constant and he was very responsive.
Trevor was very nice and on top of most items. Initially he communicated well and then only after leaving messages or emailed. The process of items needed and how it was communicated needs improved. This was a very stressful process

Responsive - a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend
Trevor was amazing. However, the loan processor was non-responsive to repeated inquiries during time sensitive situations. Very stressful.
