Trevor Booth was a great loan officer, but his predecessor was a very bad and uncommunicative loan officer.
Trevor and Megan Green were both amazing to work with. Excellent communication, quick to respond, friendly and helpful.
Over all service was provided was good but tools and resources got confusing. Also had to resubmit information to the portal that i had provided multiple times like my social security etc… when asked where my important documents were going...
