Trent was communicative and up front with us throughout the whole process. He was easy to get ahold of if we had questions!
Trent took the time to go over all the steps/information line by line with myself and my husband to make sure we understood everything as first time home buyers. It was a relief to have someone patient and kind to help us.
Overall excellent communication and the hybrid method works well.
