Trent was great. He stuck by our side. He helped us figure out the best approach. He was so patient with all my different ways of doing things and did his best to minimize my anxiety.
The mortgage process was easier than I thought. The layout to receive and send documents was easy to use and I would get fast replies from Trent and Katy which made it so much faster.
Trent was very available and willing to answer so my questions. He made my first home buying experience less intimating.

Trent went through the time and effort to explain all the options even those that weren't suggested (such as FHA loans) given our circumstances.
Trent and his team is awesome. Great communication and easy to talk to. He knows his stuff and stayed on top of everything. I highly recommend and I am so glad I stumbled upon Trent and my agent to buy my house.
