Thanks for letting us know, Ellyn. And we apologize for any confusion. The homebuying process can be complicated and the last thing we want to do is add any confusion to it.
We received insufficient warning that our credit was going to be repulled. In addition, we were not told of the effect that a couple hundred dollar difference in card balance would have. This resulted in our credit score going down 50+ points....
