Very easy to work with and straight forward. Great customer service.
We were given the best rate out of the gate and given a better rate two days later, which we locked in. The response time was immediate. We did not feel like we were being sold a bill of goods.
Prompt and consistent communication about where we were in the process and quickly answered any questions or concerns we had.
Ben called regularly to update us and inquire about any questions. Tori was a gem to work with and was very patient with my lack of knowledge about current technology (DocuSign problems). The process went very quickly.
