    Better communication and oversight as to what was submitted and what needs correcting, informing customer atleast a month before closing and not last second

    To listen when a customer tells you the amount she wants her monthly payment to be and the amount she is not willing or feel comfortable paying. Also everyone isn't tech savvy and verbal discussion would have been appreciated on this issue....
