    Lack of contact. We didn't even get email saying our loan was approved. Cost me alot of money to send documents that can be obtained by the mortgage co. Had to prove we made a down payment to Clayton Homes. Glad it's over!

    Traci and Takia are very friendly and helpful. When I was told there were no programs for refinancing a manufactured home with cash back Tidewater came through for me. I'm really excited to see my home project come to be reality!

    Traci Rizer and Patrick O'Shea are amazing. Hands down, never lose these two. They are phenomenal assets to Tidewater. My situation was not simple, but they made it happen against all odds. We are forever grateful for them.
