Communication was lacking. Very rarely could get anyone to answer the phone and we had issues at the end and no one was around to assist due to a planned vacation and no one was assigned to take over in Traci’s absence. The lack of planning...

Traci did ,attentive , smart , fun and very knowledgeable and patient...I'm annoying , and it did not shake her at all lol Awesome experience all the way around
Traci was always there when we had questions or concerns. She always answered my emails in a timely manner and most importantly we have a brand new house so that’s GREAT!!!
