Everyone was nice the issues came at the end when it was time go to closing then all of a sudden we needed all these documents a course that was supposed to be 3 hours that was actually 8 closing had to be pushed off a couple times to get documents...

The only time there was communication was when I initiated and chased it. I found the experience very exhausting and I believe it took a little over 2 months . The first experience I had was wonderful when I purchased my home. No comparison....

Poor communication and numbers were incorrect everything they were submitted to us.
She was very caring and went way beyond the call of duty to make things right. She kept me well informed of what was going on. she was very pleasant to work with.,
