    Communication could have been better throughout the process, especially as it related to the behind the scenes delays. We would get forms to sign without any explanation of what they were. We would get requests for documentation repeatedly...

    While in closing, we left a message for her and no call back. Also we bought down the interest rate and wasn't aware so this was a shock during closing to see this amount on the breakdown of cost.
