Documents repeatedly- which was very nice. When asked, was given realistically time frames for loan closure. All my questions were answered when asked.
Out the gate I knew my situation had it challenges. Those and more challenges hit us left and right and Traci was always had impressive response times and seems to have never slept, lol.... She handled every surprise with grace and patience....
