I would have put a level between Great and Just OK. The last minute scheduling of signing and getting the amount we needed to bring to the signing was difficult and made the experience not at the great level.
Total pleasure and wonderful service.
We were able to get our questions answered in a timely manner. Had a road map to what would happen, the binder. And got some useful information on services, electric, water, trash, and change of address.
Fast and smooth. No problems or hangouts. I only had to deal with one person.
