During the process it often felt like we were unimportant & would get little to no communication unless initiated by us. It got better towards the end of the process though.
Traci is always going above and beyond. If you have concerns or questions she answers them quickly and with such a positive attitude.
Constant communication and updates
Traci and Kari sent info needed in a excellent timely manner and made me able to respond quickly. The forms of communcation was always friendly and informative. Traci's packets of up dates thru the prossess was cheerful and fun. I' m very grateful....

May be due to the current state of things with COVID, but there was a lack of in person interactions. Sometimes the very anonymous nature of docusign and emailing is impersonal.
from the beginning tracy said it would be no problem to get the loan and she was right we got it through thanks Traci
