Tracey was great to work with and made everything very easy to understand.
I appreciated the open communication and ability to explain things to me when I didn’t understand. She was helpful, patient, and understanding. She was kind and on top of all the email communication.
I didn't have much to do with Tracey. It was all through my husband- even to the point where he had to sign my name to all the mortgage documents even though I was sitting right there. I felt a bit erased and like it was 1950 once again.
Tracey was always available for josh and I with any of our questions . Being new home owners we didn’t understand a lot and she made it very comfortable for us
