Not once during the transaction did the lender ever reach out to introduce herself. We had a few delays in closing and never was I contacted by the Lender for explantion or even a simple heads up. Buyer's apparaently sat at the title company...

I honestly don't recall seeing the name Tracey Erickson through the entire process. We started working with Tracy Causey but found out 3 days before closing that she was no longer with the company.
