Trace and his team did a great job and made the process extemly easy. Communication was always there and Trace answered the phone everytime I called and answered every question I had to make sure I understood exactly what was going on.

this was a difficult real estate situation all the way around. the office ya'll have would say we recieved documents when we didn't. then there was multple docs sent that repeated. Trace has been very pleasent to deal with. a real nice person....
