Pure Choas, lack of communication incorrect information. Horrible experience for all parties involved. Reflects badly as the agent who referred.

lender was very patient trustworthy and understanding. We were new to this and he made sure that we understood everything step-by-step. He always communicated with us and that's a plus for us to know we had someone on our side.
