Well.... The last minuite loan fiasco was a bit rough, but you did a good job helping get everything sorted out. We really do appreciate all your efforts after things went sideways.
They were very patient and understanding, I was using another mortgage company for construction loan and they backed out, Alcova was able to get everything back on track and calm my nerves. I am so very grateful for all the work they have done...

Poor communication. No followup. Unavailable to clarify concerns. Didn't return phone calls. Made us use texting and email. Never called to answer questions. We felt that we were just a easy sale. Very sorry we used Alcova. Big mistake.

As first time hime buyers, we didn't know much about the process. Tony was very fast to answer questions and break everything down for us in simple terms.
