The whole process was made to feel relatively effortless aside from gathering paperwork when requested and occasionally signing some documents along the way, closing day arrived before I knew it.

The whole team was communicative during the process, the app they use for documents was easy to use, when we did have a problem they never stopped working it until we had a good resolution.
