Perseverance to get financing and loan paperwork pulled together in a short period of time. Understood my situation, and helped obtain a competitive rate.
Tony and his team were extremely responsive, hardworking, friendly, and supportive throughout the whole process. They helped us close in two weeks which was a tall ask, but they made it happen and can't thank them enough for their support.
He probably helped me with aspects of home buying that were well beyond that of a mortgage expert. I probably took advantage of that more than I should have but he didn’t hesitate to provide help at any point.
