Why am I different than other real estate agent? I have the passion for real estate, I have the heart and the most important is that I have the patience to work with first time home buyers! For many real estate agents, first time home buyers are a headache because it takes a long time for them to purchase a home.I felt just the opposite, I felt the excitement working with first time home buyers, I felt I can make a difference in their world, I felt I can help!! This is a very big part of who I am.I was born and raised in Taiwan and came to the United States when I was thirteen years old. I attended the University of California at Irvine, and graduated with degrees in computer science and international studies. I was a computer programmer for about 10 years, when I decided to return to Taiwan and start my own computer consulting company. I learned then that my passion was not in the tech world.My goal is to not only help you buy a house, but to also provide my expertise to show you how you can enjoy your home more without spending a fortune, and be in a more comfortable place.My credentials currently include the following designations from the National Association of Realtors:SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Specialist) handling short sale and foreclosure properties for both buyers and sellers in distressed circumstances.CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) of 1.2 million Realtors in the United States, only about 2,000 are qualified and awarded this designation, specializing in world-wide properties, in addition to those in the United States.GREEN a designation to Realtors who possess an extensive knowledge of eco-friendly properties and the importance of living a green lifestyle; ability to identify the green products of building materials and building science; knowledge of green landscaping, energy savings and home energy ratings.HERS rater designated Home Energy Rating System by Calcerts.
