    As a first time home buyer we knew nothing about home buying , loan and mortgage. Toni was very patience to expalin everything. We called her every now and then about many things , she and team walk us through every step of the way.

    While Toni provided good service and communications, I don't believe Fairway provides the most compettive rates in the market.

    Entire process went smooth, however It would have been better to talk to the borrower regarding the loan details befor closing. Also closing timeline was too close to the settlement date which caused stress.
