Communication was fine. It was simple but thats mostly how bulletproof the deal was. Good guy. Took a little long for simple trust issue. lower rates were available, i believe but the experience was a good one.

Tom's communication was excellent. If I texted during what was considred "of hours" he still responded. I loved that the package was delivered to the attorney several days prior to closing.
