Tom went above and beyond! He kept us up to date on what the status of loan process and what would be next. Tom answered emails and returned phone calls almost instantly. He was highly recommended and Lorie and I would do the same.
Tom was professional but personal. He got us in a great position for our closing. We had a double closing day - but because of Tom’s guidance, we were very well positioned to keep it stress free!
