Tom was always two steps ahead in the process. Once we got the requested documents to him for our loan he was always quick to review and take us to the next step in the loan. This allowed us to close in record breaking time.
Tom replied to my question quickly with patiences and care to be sure I understood everything that came my way. He made me aware when I was too busy to get me email and was understanding and always friendly even when I must have tried his patience....

Communication and how clear, candid and timely the communication was.
Tom was amazing! So kind and caring and supportive through the scary (but exciting!) process of buying my first home. I am so very grateful to have met and worked with him :) He is fabulous!

Super quick communication. Tom answered any question we had within 30 minutes max, even on weekends and in the evening.
