Quick and easy process
Everyone communicated together, my questions were answered quickly and even on weekends, and it was very easy to upload documentation.

The process was seamless from introduction to closing. Tom did a great job helping us along the way and was available for calls any time of the week or day!
PHM was fairly responsive to us with our questions. However I would suggest that all discussions had via phone are recapped in an email by the PHM team to have a paper trail of agreed upon costs/numbers etc, such as cost for points.
