Very helpful and informative thru the whole process
There were quite a few mistakes when asking for items from us such as asking for loan documents for a house that I (Khoi) didn't own (my parents house) but then not asking for loan documents to a house that i did own (and reported in the application)....

Tom is a genuine guy who really knows what he is talking about in the mortgage industry. He will not old help you qualify for a loan, but will help you structure your offer to actually get accepted with his many different loan programs!
