Everything worked efficiently
Quickly, honestly, in a direct manner let me know what was available. It met my targets so I didn't look any further. Done deal.
Tom French mostly interacted with my husband but he was very prompt and pleasant to deal with the few brief times I dealt with him. He made sure he got everything done in the time frame we wanted it done.
