Tom. He explained things clearly, went to bat for us with the condo association, and always responded quickly to calls and e-mails.
Even with Tom being out of the country for part of the process, we never felt like we were being neglected because of the teamwork at Churchill. We especially enjoyed working with a believer in Jesus, we trusted him completely.
