Very responsive, supportive of "no stupid questions," extremely diligent for a time-sensitive home-buying process.
The response time to my texts and emails was excellent. All my questions were answered and if I did not understand some tetminology, it was patiently explained to me so I always knew what was going on and what steps were next.
