Kirk Weimer is extremely good to work with and made it as easy as possible for us to go through the refi process. Todd's regular emails and check-ins are appreciated as well.

I still feel that $900+ appraisal on a loan at less than 20% the value of the property was a unnecessary cost to me. Otherwise the process was good.

Todd enjoys both the technical side of putting a loan together, as well as interacting with clients by clearly explaining their options and putting them at ease for the loan process. He treats all clients the same, no matter the size of the loan and his responsiveness is second to none, as he realizes that timing is critical for success. Outside of this business, Todd is an avid sports fan and loves to relax and refresh on the golf course.
