Riley was great at communicating
Riley was so responsive and helped us secure financing quickly so that we could bid on a house unexpectedly. There were so many fast moving parts but Riley and team made kept us on track and made it as stress-free as possible!
It came together in the end. Options were provided when the original plan didn't work. We ALMOST closed on time. Numbers only had to change twice.

This experience now allows him as a Loan Officer, to quickly and accurately get loans funded. Todd enjoys both the technical side of putting a loan together, as well as interacting with clients by clearly explaining their options and putting them at ease for the loan process. He treats all clients the same, no matter the size of the loan and his responsiveness is second to none, as he realizes that timing is critical for success. Outside of this business, Todd is an avid sports fan and loves to relax and refresh on the golf course.
