Things just seemed to run a little slower than I expected and we were expecting two months before the first payment was due and only got one month other than that everything else is fine

With over thirty years of real estate experience, Todd has worked in mortgage lending and as a former title insurance agent. He assists agents and buyers in creating ideal budgets for homeownership, specializing in VA lending for military families and veterans. A lifelong resident of Kershaw County and a 1992 graduate of The Citadel, Todd is dedicated to local service. He is a School Board Trustee, a member of the Lugoff Optimist and Camden Rotary clubs, and has served American Legion Boys State for 37 years. Todd and his wife Regina have been married for 30 years and have three children named Evan, Caleb, and Alyssa.
