Things just seemed to run a little slower than I expected and we were expecting two months before the first payment was due and only got one month other than that everything else is fine

We did a quick close and everything went quick and closed as expected.
Local office, great communication, hybrid closing, many forms signed online saving time at lawyers for the closing.
