Great rate. Decent timing.
Everything went well, Todd answered all of my questions, and there were no surprises.
Todd was helpful from the very beginning to the very end. He communicated very effectively and frequently. I would recommend him to anyone (and I did).

Ok means good and for some it is enough. The only thing that I would change is more timely response and information about what is going on and there was a lot going on. Once Todd explained it to me I was great. Thank you

I try to create an experience by being available and responsive because ultimately, the more you know the better you feel. I was born and raised in Louisville, KY. I was a dual-sport athlete at Lindsey Wilson College where I graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration. I have been in the mortgage industry for 10yrs and outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my family and staying involved with local sports and my neighborhood association.
