I’m still awaiting confirmation of my refinance. I have called twice and the other processor and have gotten no reply despite signing contract a week ago.
Todd was very nice, knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job keeping me updated. My loan was also processed very quickly! My only complaint is that I wish he’d made it explicit that the deal I thought I was getting was Not locked in....

I was a dual-sport athlete at Lindsey Wilson College where I graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration. I have been in the mortgage industry for 10yrs and outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my family and staying involved with local sports and my neighborhood association.
