Todd was great and super responsive. I would definitely use him again.
We communicated well for the most part and the biggest hiccup was out of his hands with the approves wanting info on non existing issue.
Five star experience. I liked working with Todd and I trust his help and guidance. Goes the extra mile in explaining and helping with the refinance process. Follows through and follows up with all of the refinance process.
Todd and Dayna (processor) were nothing short of amazing. They were both always available to assist with anything we needed. We’re considering the purchase of a second/investment home and will call on Todd if and when we need financing.

I try to create an experience by being available and responsive because ultimately, the more you know the better you feel. I was born and raised in Louisville, KY. I was a dual-sport athlete at Lindsey Wilson College where I graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration. I have been in the mortgage industry for 10yrs and outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my family and staying involved with local sports and my neighborhood association.
