Seamless process which made the experience pleasant.
Todd, Michelle and Alison were great! Our loan approval process was seamless and pain-free from day 1 through closing! Todd is very thorough and transparent, all we did was show up to closing and sign papers to the house of our dreams!
1) accuracy of closing cost was pretty far off from estimate. Estimate was $11k actual was $16k. I get its an estimate but that's a huge gap.2) T the last minute my rate went up another 8th of a percent because the loan was less than $1mm....
