I have completed probably 7-8 transactions with Todd over the years and I can't recommend him highly enough. Consummate professional, great communication, exceptional client service...I couldn't ask for more.
Never returned my calls. Passed me off to his associates. 11th hour problems popping up day before closing that should have been avoidable. Of the four houses I’ve purchased, this has been my worst experience for obtaining a mortgage.
Communicated expectations and what was needed. Provided options and worked with us financially to put us into our dream home.
Todd was kind and easy to talk to and work with and kept us informed of the process the whole way. The portal was also very easy to use.
