Very friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful in helping you with the process
We felt Todd went out of his way to be available and teach us the house loan world so we could fully understand the entire process.
Todd and his team were very detailed in their explanations and he even included videos to explain the various processes. They took us through each step and wanted us to call them if we had any questions or problems on anything.
