When ever I had a question about anything TJ or Paula was able to answer them in a few minutes I am sure I bugged both of them a lot. We was a great asset from start to finish.
Love working with TJ and his lending/ team.... always communicating, very professional and will work through obstacles should they come up. Highly recommend using them for any real estate loan.

This was a struggle dealing with fha antiquated rules and having to jump thru thei hoops. TJ and his team kept us informed and lead us thru the process.
