    Hi,! Overall, they made a stressful experience as easy as possible. There were a couple of little things like last minute on a Friday afternoon that was needed in that cost me a little bit of stress. But overall I was very pleased.

    The back and forth was very frustrating. I've purchased two other homes, and the paperwork was far more streamlined. I was also frustrated by the delay in processing. It came down to the wire and almost caused us to push our closing date.

    The process of builder was very stressful. Tina and her team were the bright spots in the process. If it wasn’t for her and her team, we don’t know if we would’ve closed on this house.
