I felt like I was just a number. I will not be referring my friends and family to NFM. Every time I spoke to someone they didn’t even know who I was. They couldn’t even verbally tell me what my mortgage payment would be.

Tina was great we submitted all the documentos on time but some times the lenders do not communicate with each other and asked for documentos that already submitted but over all was a great experience.
