The process was smooth and straightforward. only comment I would make was there were repeative repetitive request sometimes where myself or my wife had already answered the questions.

The rate I got is not market competitive, but I still have to go with NFM due to mandate by the builder for additional incentives. The friend who took identical loan, identical property, same day, similar credit scores, got a lower rate......

Tina’s personal mission is to help end homelessness in her community and is on the board and a personal donor to CASA.
Tina lives with her partner Jeff and their blended family of 2 girls and 4 boys!
